Most of our assignments include an element of market research, be this qualitative interviewing or a review of work conducted in the past, to broaden and deepen the understanding of your customer. But then comes the the crucial step. We sit down with you to synthesize, crystallize and apply your market insights, creating a holistic brand story that your organization can rally around.
As facilitators and analysts, we conduct this process jointly with you and your advisors, usually involving a face to face workshop. Just briefly we step off the treadmill of daily responsibilities, sit together, drink good coffee and find the wood amidst the trees.
